The faculty will provide services supporting information literacy, including instruction and consultation, selection of resources to support programs in collaboration with academic schools, leadership in dissemination of information literacy awareness, and reference services to students, faculty, staff and others. In addition, this person will create, maintain and enhance catalog records and metadata of library materials in diverse formats. This person will ensure consistency and integration of descriptive information and records across varied integrated library and information systems to maximize connectivity of library resources with outside information systems (i.e., web search engines, digital library collections and resource catalogs, etc.).
Schedule: The hours for this position are Monday through Thursday, 1 p.m. - 9 p.m. and Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
