Overview

The Coordinator of Secondary Partnership Operations will assist in the daily operations and management of Secondary Partnerships, including Dual Enrollment, Innovation Grant implementation, secondary events and activities as well provide support to students, Penn College faculty and participating secondary partners. The coordinator is responsible for promoting a positive customer service philosophy in support of the Colleges Enrollment Management goals. Some weekend and evening work is required. Occasional travel off-campus locations may be required. Position will be evaluated after two years with continuation contingent upon renewed funding.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's Degree in related discipline, OR, equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience. Required

EXPERIENCE

  • Two (2) years' experience in an educational and institution working with students in an academic or support services. Required
  • Data analysis and reporting experience. Required
  • Career & Technical Education experience. Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist the assistant director and associate vice president in expanding the College’s Dual Enrollment program to cyber charter schools, charter schools, and other K-12 partners not currently participating.
  • Coordinate equipment needs and acquisition for K-12 partners.
  • Support the assistant director in the management of the dual enrollment budget.
  • Coordinate all group tours/visits to campus related to Dual Enrollment partners.
  • Manage existing and new Dual Enrollment relationships through frequent communication, site visits, and professional development offerings.
  • Support programming efforts, including summer camp offerings, associated with Secondary Partnerships.
  • Explore the feasibility of out-of-state dual enrollment partnerships.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive K-12 teacher professional development conference in support of the College’s academic offerings.
  • Work collaboratively with faculty, academic school leadership, and enrollment and academic operations team members to ensure partners have the curricular support necessary for course implementation.
  • Build necessary K-12, industry, and faculty relationships to maximize exposure and success of the dual enrollment program.
  • Support the management of all program-level data associated with the dual enrollment program.
  • Attend training for and achieve a level of proficiency in the use of all equipment acquired through the Dual Enrollment grant.
  • Facilitate interactions between equipment and Dual Enrollment students and educators on campus and during site visits.
  • Attend conferences and professional development opportunities as needed.

    Pay Transparency

    Based on minimum education and experience qualifications the yearly salary range is $51,000 - $60,000.
