The Assistant will perform secretarial and clerical functions for the Tutoring Services office and staff and assist with all programs and services sponsored by the office. The Assistant is responsible for promoting a positive customer service philosophy in support of the College's goals.
This person will provide non-credit instruction and evaluation in EMR/EMT course, using current skills and knowledge to promote student learning and active participation.
This person will be responsible for providing library circulation services, opening/closing the library, training and directing the daily work of casual part-time library assistants and library student workers. This individual will assist with maintaining the schedules for student workers, staff coverage of service desks, and contact person coverage. Additionally, they will assist with hold notices, stack maintenance, library reserves services, and provide support for Archives and Special Collections. Position schedule to be determined by the college. Schedule will vary during non-instructional and summer periods. Flexibility required to meet the needs of the library. May work up to 25 hours per week.
This person will provide health and wellness information and advice to students and the campus community on a part-time basis (up to 25 hours per week). They will offer educational programs, promote healthy dining habits, and provide dietary counseling to those with food allergies and/or special dietary needs.
Flexible work schedule within the hours of 8-4:30 PM. Option of adjusting schedule to meet the needs of students and/or the dining service department.

This individual will support the daily operations and functions of the College Health Services department, including screen calls, visitors and patients to determine nature of requests and refer to appropriate staff member. This position will also provide back-up support for other College Health Services staff as able.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
