The Residence Life Coordinator (RLC) will serve as a full-time live in professional working directly with the Residence Life team to foster a student environment that fulfills the goals and mission of PCT Housing. Each RLC will coordinate and administer all aspects of a successful residential program in their assigned area housing 450-580 residents. This role will train, supervise, and evaluate between 14-17 student staff; and will take lead on a departmental initiative.

The Instructional Designer creates compelling course content and engaging learning activities that enhance retention and transfer of knowledge from our online and face-to-face workforce training delivered to nontraditional adult learners through Penn College's Workforce Development department.
