The Head Cook will oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations to include planning menus, ordering assigned food supplies, ensuring high food quality standards, preparing meals, and providing direction as needed to dining service employees. They will assure compliance with all safety and sanitation procedures in assigned areas, as well as adhere to any special dietary restriction.

The Orientation Intern will be an internship position selected through the NODA (Association for Orientation, Transition, and Retention) Internship Program or by advertising through higher education media outlets. This position will assist with all aspects of the New Student Orientation and Welcome Week programs. The Orientation Intern is required to reside in College-provided housing.
